Integrated Life Choices has a history of establishing and maintaining a respected reputation in all aspects of support services. ILC has expanded this same reputation and high level of commitment to support into Texas.

ILC offers the following Home and Community Based (HCS), and Texas Home Living Services (TxHmL) to Texas residents in the Houston metropolitan area.

Residential Services

ILC offers a variety of 24 hours continuous Residential Services. Through Supervised Living and Residential Supported Services, each person supported through ILC has the opportunity to live in an ILC managed home where they have the opportunity to build lifelong relationships with two to three housemates. ILC also offers Host Home opportunities.

Nursing Plans

ILC is devoted to innovative care that stems from our passion for developing services that support each and every person in living a fulfilling life. Through ILC’s Nursing Plans, we assess the physical, mental, and emotional need of each person and develop plans that will ensure that their unique needs are met. All plans we provide are tailored to each specific person and are closely managed by a Registered Nurse.

Day Habilitation

ILC offers Employment Services unlike any other. Staff are trained to support each individual in developing new talents and passions, or improving other interests, so they will be able to pursue a fulfilling career opportunity. Job Coaches are available to provide on the job training to support individuals in improving and acquiring the necessary skills to succeed in their chosen career path.
